On Easter, my cousin gave everyone bracelets that said “cancer sucks”. With my family’s history of cancer and the recent events of last week, it seemed more than appropriate to wear.
Update:
I just got a call from my Mom saying my Grandma died a half an hour ago. At least she is not in anymore pain.
Yeah, cancer sucks. My aunt is battling breast cancer and I always thought that breast cancer was something that affected everyone else but me, until my aunt was diagnosed.
It was a blow for me.
I’m sorry about your family having such a hard time with cancer.
It does suck, doesn’t it? My prayers are with all those who are suffering from Cancer.
My thoughts are with you and your family. Cancer is a horrible disease. I think it hits most families in one way or another these days, and it’s absolutely awful.
